Whatever your health concern, whole foods can always help support you. Check out these recipes for smoothies that I discussed on Change- a tv show dedicated to connecting community!

For Digestion:
1 1/4 cup water,
1/4 lemon squeezed
2-3 tbsp kefir
1/2 cup pineapple
1/2 papaya
3/4 cup raw spinach
Blend and enjoy.

Immune boosting: get creative- all the following ingredients can help support the immune system! Choose what you like and blend!
green tea
goji berries
coconut oil

Anti inflammatory blast:
1.5 cups water
1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango or papaya
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup frozen blackberries
1 tsp flax seeds
1/2 tsp raw honey

All day pick-me-uppers

Chunky Monkey:
1frozen banana
1 tbsp almond butter
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup water (or ice)
1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
vanilla protein powder

Power Smoothie:
1 1/4 cup water
1/4 cup organic apple juice
handful of spinach
1/2 cup frozen berries
protein powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
