2 Minute Muffin!!!

For all you busy people out there, this muffin recipe is sure to blow your mind! Not only does it taste GREAT, but it literally only takes 2 minutes, YES, 2 MINUTES to make!

Check it out, you wont be disappointed!

Ingredients:
1/4 cup oats
1 egg
1/2 tsp agave
¼ cup mixed berries
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
Splash of unsweetened almond, rice or coconut milk
Dash of cinnamon

Instructions:
Mix it all up.
Stick in a coffee mug in microwave for 2 minutes
Top with 1 tbsp plain Greek Yogurt and enjoy!
